Co-founded a small production-focused brewery.
Responsible for overseeing the entire brewing process from recipe design to packaging, ensuring consistency, quality, and style accuracy across all beers. This role includes developing and refining recipes, managing raw materials and supplier relationships, monitoring fermentation and yeast health, and maintaining strict quality control standards. The brewer also handled equipment upkeep, sanitation procedures, and regulatory compliance, while troubleshooting production issues and optimizing processes. In addition, train and supervise brewing staff, plan production schedules according to demand, and collaborate on new product development, seasonal releases, and pilot batches.
