Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including daily operations, finances, staff management, marketing, and legal compliance. This involves selecting, managing inventory, supervising service quality, controlling costs and cash flow, setting prices, hiring and training employees, organizing schedules, planning promotions and events, handling social media, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring that all licenses, safety regulations, and labor and tax laws are properly followed.
